New reality and future of transport and logistics sector to be discussed in Saint Petersburg

On 14 June, a conference will be held under the title the 12th Annual International Conference TRILOGY (Transport. Investment. Logistics). This is the second time the conference will take place on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The event will be organized under traditional support of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation. The general partner of the event is the Russian Railways.

Key topics at the conference include:

• enlargement and integration of international transport megaprojects;
• risks of the transport and logistics system functioning in the Greater Eurasia;
• multimodal transportation;
• transport as an instrument of the international diplomacy;
• prospects for the improvement of rail transport transit in Russia;
• development of the port infrastructure of the Russian Federation;
• international road cargo transportation in the current economic conditions;
• providing transport engineering, shipbuilding, automotive production;
• digitalization of the transport and logistics industry;
• institutional and regulatory aspects.

The representatives of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, heads of federal and regional departments, relevant associations, educational and design institutes, as well as major transport and logistics companies will be among the participants of the Conference. Their recommendations are to be sent to the Organizing Committee of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
