Project objectives:

1)Examination of the current situation and analysis the status of the participants of the transport market to be ready for integration;

2)Creating of the conditions for integration;

3)Create the target model of IDP;

4)Carrying out activities to promote the CCTT project.

Events:

The expert group meeting on the implementation of the IDP project (during the year, Moscow, Changchun, Munich).

Consideration of experience in the development and implementation of projects of Railways and transport and logistics companies – CCTT members on the digitalization of international rail and multimodal transport.

Integration of the participants of the international transportation and ensuring electronic data exchange in terms of transportation planning, automation of customs and transportation documents, settlements on them using smart contracts, etc. (during the year Moscow, Minsk, Nur Sultan).

Creating of functional requirements for the digital format of interaction between carriers, ports and freight forwarders in terms of transportation planning and calculations.

The establishment of normative grounds for the implementation of digital cooperation within the framework of the IDP project.

Interaction with the working group of OJSC "Russian Railways" on the formation of a single directory of services.

Interaction with projects CCTT "Electronic train" and "Security train".

Design of the Internet platform.

Conclusion and organization of pilot projects for the transportation of goods using the cloud service ETP GP.

Presentation of the IDP project within the framework of the international conference "SMART container and global monitoring system".

Presentation of the IDP project at the international exhibition and conference "Transport and logistics 2019" (April 15-16 - Moscow, Crocus city)

Presentation of the IDP project at the international transport and logistics exhibition and conference "Trans-Russia 2019" (June 4 - Munich, Germany)
